Established since 1987, 1st4Solutions Ltd has been providing both Health & Safety Executive (HSE) recognized courses and custom designed First Aid, along with scenario based training for client groups from all different types of backgrounds and abilities.

We also ensure a continuity of  training to our clients, fulfilling their duty of care as stipulated by the Health & Safety Executive, (First Aid Regulations 1981).

Our Training Director holds a professional teaching certificate endorsed by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and holds the highest medical trauma qualifications available (PHTLS, ATLS, PALS, MIMM & PTSD) The companies other trainers have been personally selected by him for their dynamic teaching ability, hands on experience, communication and interpersonal skills.

From catering to couriers, manufacturing to musicians, skydivers to school teachers, we look at your industry and the types of accidents that can occur and do practical scenarios in those areas incorporating the course criteria laid down by the HSE.

1st4Solutions Ltd can provide training either at your workplace, or in a professional training suite, at a time to suit you, days, evenings or weekends. The cost of all courses is all-inclusive and includes the cost of the HSE certification and the most up to date, full colour First Aid manual specifically written to the course syllabus reminding you of all the important information covered on the course.
